Return & Refund Policy
If you would like to submit a request for a return, please email wecare@sittwister.com with your name, email, address, phone number, order number, and reason(s) for submitting your request with the subject line “Return Request". Return requests must be received by our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your request for a return is accepted, SIT TWISTER will provide a full refund (less original shipping costs). You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking information. SIT TWISTER is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your return request approval. 
SIT TWISTER does not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received the wrong item(s) by mistake, please email wecare@sittwister.com with your name, email, address, phone number, order number, and a description and photo(s) of the wrong item(s) with the subject line “Wrong Item(s)."
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact wecare@sittwister.com immediately. In your request, please include your name, email, address, phone number, order number, and a detailed description and photo(s) of the damage with the subject line “Damage."
